Our freeze-dried fruits and berries contain exactly what is stated on the label - strawberries, apples, mango or pineapple, with no added sugar, flavorings or other additives. This gives you a clean ingredient with clear flavor, long shelf life and great flexibility for everything from breakfast concepts and baked goods to toppings, smoothies and product development.

What is freeze-dried breakfast - and why is it so popular?

Freeze-dried breakfast products are fruit, berries and sometimes complete breakfast components that are freeze-dried to retain taste and nutrition, but with a light and crispy texture. It makes a quick breakfast that is easy to bring with you and gives plenty of flavor without feeling heavy.

How do I eat products from the freeze-dried breakfast collection?

Eat straight from the bag as a topping or snack, or mix into yoghurt/quark, porridge and overnight oats. For a more classic breakfast feel, you can also let the pieces soak briefly in milk or yoghurt for a softer texture.

How should freeze-dried breakfast products be stored to keep their crunch?

Store dry and cool, and close the bag properly after opening. Moisture makes freeze-dried products lose their crunch quickly, so avoid leaving the bag open and preferably use an airtight jar if you pour out the contents.
