Environmental considerations

We strive to make smarter decisions throughout the chain – from how products are produced and packaged to how they are stored and transported. For us, environmental consideration is about reducing unnecessary waste and making choices that last over time.

Less waste with long shelf life

One of the biggest environmental benefits in practice is that products don't have to be thrown away. When the shelf life is long, it becomes easier to plan, stock and sell – both at home and in stores.

This means:

  • Fewer cancellations
  • Less food waste
  • Better resource utilization throughout the chain

Efficient production with a focus on less waste

We work for a stable and controlled production where quality is consistent and waste is minimized. When the processes are in place, errors, overruns and unnecessary waste are reduced.

We focus, among other things, on:

  • Clear procedures and checkpoints
  • Efficient flows that reduce waste
  • Continuous improvements in working methods and management

Packaging – balance between protection and impact

The packaging should protect the product from moisture and external influences, as this is crucial for quality and durability. At the same time, we continuously review materials and solutions to find a good balance between function and environmental considerations.

What we are working towards:

  • Packaging that keeps the product stable for longer
  • Practical handling in stores and at home
  • Gradual improvement of material selection where possible

Transport and logistics

We try to work with efficient packaging and delivery flows to reduce unnecessary transport and air in shipments. When products are easy to handle and store, the logistics part often becomes more efficient.

Our promise

We don't promise to be perfect – but we promise to work on the right things, for real. Environmental considerations are part of our long-term plan, and we are improving our way of working step by step.
